Admission and Disabled Access
Opening Times
The museum is open every Sunday and Wednesday between 1030 and 1630 with the last entry at 1530. Why not come along and enjoy a great day out for all the family. All full-price annual entry tickets are valid for a whole year from the date of first entry, so you can return on as many open days as you like.
Admission Prices
Adults: £12.00 (no concessions)
Children £6.00 (5yrs - 16yrs), under 5yrs free
Family Ticket £25 (2 adults, 2 children or 1 adult 3 children)
One carer admitted free with a disabled visitor
Tickets are valid for re-entry for 12 months from the date of 1st visit
One child free per "Max Card" when accompanied by a paying adult

Be a Gift Aid Visitor
We can then recover tax on your donation, that’s worth an extra 25p to us for every £1 you give. All you need to do is complete a simple declaration when you arrive. To help in this way you must be a UK taxpayer.
Disabled Access
The museum is accessible to wheelchair users, staff assisted access from disabled parking area available upon request. Also, disabled toilet facility is onsite

Free for cars and coaches.
Tram Stop Café, sorry currently closed
On most days we offer a selection of hot and cold drinks with a selection of light snacks. Cafe service is subject to availability.
