On Tuesday 3rd October the museum delivered the Honda S90 raffle prize to Darren Mathews who lives in the small village of Bredgar near Sittingbourne and he was absolutely delighted to get his hands on the bike. He is a Honda fan and already has a vintage Honda 50 which is in the process of being refurbished and on seeing the high quality finish that Dover transport museum workshop achieved with the Honda S 90, he said he now has a goal to aim at.

The bike started first kick and Darren commented how smooth the engine ran and cannot wait for a nice sunny day to take it out on his first ride. In fact, Darren said the classic vintage Honda S90 looks so good he might move his television and have it in the front room of his cottage just to look at for the next few weeks!
